What You’ll Do:

• Generate and develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend tailored insurance solutions.

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service from answering questions about policies to assisting with claims and billing.

• Partner closely with the Agent to set and achieve marketing and sales goals, driving business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required.

• Sales experience in any capacity such as outside or inside sales, retail, or telemarketing is preferred.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.

• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal, written, and listening communication.

• Creative problem solver with critical thinking abilities.

• Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.

• Comfortable multitasking and presenting to potential clients.

• Property & Casualty license preferred; must be willing to obtain if not licensed.

• Life insurance license preferred; must be willing to obtain if not licensed.

Base Salary $50,000 plus commision
