Position Overview

As a Sales Trainee, you will work directly with customers in assigned areas to introduce and activate telecommunications services. Primary Duties for the Sales Trainee

Interact with potential customers to explain available telecommunications services and promotions.

Generate new service activations through organized outreach within designated Saskatoon locations.

Assess customer needs and recommend suitable plans or bundled options.

Build positive, ongoing customer relationships to support retention and referrals.

Track interactions and results using internal systems to monitor territory progress.

Analyze individual performance data to improve outreach strategies.

Participate in continuous training sessions covering products, market changes, and compliance standards.

Sales Trainee Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or related experience is a plus.

Previous experience in customer-facing, sales, retail, or performance-driven roles is preferred.

Ability to quickly learn service offerings and clearly explain benefits to customers.

Strong attention to detail and comfort with tracking activity and results.
