Collision / Body Shop Manager

TalentCompass is hiring an experienced Collision / Body Shop Manager for a client in Mrakham, ON. This is a full-time perm onsite role and relocation to the area is required. Relocation assistance will be provided by the client.

You will play a crucial role in leading the team that facilitate the completion of work required to reunite clients with repaired or restored vehicles. You are accountable for meeting annual financial performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations to achieve optimal results in all financial performance categories
• Oversee workflow within the collision center to ensure repairs are completed on time while maximizing shop efficiency.
• Hire, train and manage collision center associate performance
• Own providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients
• Manage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships
• Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and collects funds for repair work.
• Write estimates and provide ongoing coaching to the estimating team.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters at several insurance companies
