Job Overview
Reporting to the General Manager, Operations, as the Senior Operations Analyst you are responsible for driving operational efficiencies in all positions and departments across StreetSide Developments, Calgary.
Leading cross department, large scale change and technological enhancements. The Senior Operations Analyst, MF will be a key driver in identifying technology, assisting with the implementation, and driving improvements focused on assisting all departments with respect to improving overall operational efficiency.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :
- Understanding all operational job functions with the focus on refining job functions for efficiency.
- Reviewing existing procedures to find efficient paths to increase productivity.
- Identifying new ideas, techniques, and opportunities for improving effectiveness, performance and productivity across all departments.
- Researching, presenting, and implementing process improvements, technology advancements and suitable software platforms.
- Providing leadership and expertise in CRM (New Star and Hubspot) support.
- Applying best practices to implement changes and utilize project management to implement recommended improvements.
- Assisting in training personnel on optimal tool usage and through a clearly defined implementation strategy.

Essential Requirements
- Information technology accreditation or similar. Additional education and certifications preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience related to New Home Construction.
- Previous experience using and administering CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
- Previous experience working with a variety of software (Hubspot, Autodesk, Construction Cloud, Smart Sheet or similar) and industry platforms.

Work Conditions
You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to job sites and overtime may occasionally be required.
