• A ServiceNow Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization’s ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth operation, performance
• Core Technical Responsibilities
• Platform Administration : Maintain the health, performance, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform. User and Role Management : Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls.
• Incident, Problem, and Change Management : Support ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Release Management .
• CMDB Management : Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data accuracy using Discovery tools.
• Customization and Configuration : Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
• Integration Support : Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APls and web services. Support ATF framework
