About the role
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling and testing Keeler’s products in accordance with manufacturing instructions to the correct quality standards and the daily Production Plan.
The individual must be enthusiastic and willing to develop their skills to build sub‑assemblies and Ophthalmic instruments. The role will involve both mechanical and electrical assembly. The person should be proficient in handling small mechanical components / assemblies and have previous soldering experience.
Attention detail is key to ensure our high‑quality standards are maintained. The ability to follow clear instructions from the Assembly Line Manager or Team Leader is essential.
The Technician role is a team role and is expected to work closely with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of Keeler’s manufacturing operation.
