Our ideal Sales Manager will be comfortable with email and phone communications as well as cloud-based Point of Sale and data systems. Must be friendly, reliable and charismatic. Excellent customer service and people skills are an absolute must for this position as you will be the first person most clients interact with when they visit our gym. We are known for being genuinely friendly, so that is what we are looking to hire! The ideal Sales Manager will oversee all front desk sales and customer service needs. The Sales Manager will work closely with and report to ownership. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Sales experience.
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in the sales process
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
- An affinity and passion for fitness.
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
- Must be able to work at both our Vancouver and Port Coquitlam location with office being located at Port Coquitlam location.
- Knowledge of boxing / combat sports an asset.
Duties
Lead generation including grassroots Marketing and NetworkingImplement sales process to schedule prospects into trial classesProficiency in WellnessLiving, to include revenue reports, membership reports, attendance reports, etc.Independently make decisions related to high level customer serviceEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking / community events and studio promotionsWork with ownership to manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioAny other duties as assignedCompensation & Benefits
