Sr. IT Project Manager to lead a Genesys Contact Center migration with our Public Sector client
Duration : 1 year
Location : Hybrid - Toronto (1x / month)
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead end to end delivery of the Contact Center Migration Path forward programs
- Responsible for managing relationships with business and IT stakeholders within and outside the organization.
- Monitor and track project costs and schedule to ensure delivery within the constraints of cost, time and quality.
- Generate bi-weekly status reports and present status to executive management both business and IT
- Provide guidance and support to the project team from technical perspective.
Must haves :
- 15+ years as an Project Manager
- 10+ years as an Project Manager leading contact center migrations
- 7+ years with Genesys platform products (Genesys Pure Connect, Genesys Cloud)
- 10+ years leading and supporting clients in writing statement of works, vendor selection
Nice to haves :
- Experience migrating Genesys contact centers
