Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-Time / Casual

Reports to : Manager of Clinical Centre

Salary Range : $32.00-$36.00 per hour

Shifts : Monday to Friday (Morning shifts), Weekends as needed

Your Day to Day :

• Safely deliver medications to patient homes within New Westminster and South Surrey
• Assist with medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, etc.)
• Assess and monitor patient medication response
• Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings
• Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care
• Maintain regular communication with pharmacists and physicians for effective patient care
• Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends, and both AM / PM shifts as required
