As a damage insurance broker in the sales department, you will work in a comfortable call center environment. You understand the importance of being a customer's first point of contact when needed. You pride yourself on knowing how and when to provide help, solutions and sales in order to deliver an incredible experience and even change someone's day.

Salary 100% commissions, no limits
Advantageous commissions of 80% on your personal sales
20% commission on your lifetime renewals for individuals
70% commissions on commercial sales and 45% lifetime renewals

Daytime schedule only. No evenings or weekends!!!
Flexible schedule, according to your needs, during opening hours which are Monday to Friday 7 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.

40 hours per week

You have your valid AMF license
You enjoy providing excellent customer service and making new sales (with the generous commissions that come with them!)
You have ease in expressing yourself and communicating

A sense of solution, support, escalation and upselling
Carry out modifications, pricing, loyalty and solicitation during incoming and outgoing calls
