Position Summary : The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers. This role will be required to install hardware and software and actively resolve problems and issues with computer and server systems to limit work disruptions within the company.
Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Performing consistent administration of our Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMWare / Hyper‑V environments.
- Performing consistent administration of network switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Assisting with development of infrastructure design and redundancy planning.
- Ensuring consistent Microsoft 365 administration.
- Installing and upgrading network infrastructures (servers, networking devices, and firewalls).
- Performing data backups and recovery operations.
- Providing hardware and software support to local and remote users.
- Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring end‑point protection.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues that arise with various applications and systems while working to resolve them.
- Researching and providing a recommendation for new hardware and software products.
- Purchasing and setting up new computers, computer peripherals, printers, and network equipment.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation as well as onboarding of new users.
- Maintaining inventory of core IT supplies (printers, toners, peripherals, etc.).
- Supporting mobile devices such as iPhone and Androids.
- Tier 1 NetSuite Support (User Access, Basic troubleshooting).
- Support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Scanners, and EDI connectivity.
- Assist with designing and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Automate.
- Performing any other reasonable assignments given by the Department Management.
Education and / or Experience
College or university degree Information Technology or related field.Minimum 4 years’ experience in computer networking and technical support or related work experience.Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.Ability to thrive in a team as well as work independently.Proficient in effectively managing own time and schedule.Organized, reliable, and highly dedicated.Possesses a high tolerance for stress and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Ability to work in a fast‑paced and constantly changing environment.Must have the willingness and ability to take initiative.Technical Skills
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.Windows Server and Active Directory.Experience with VMware ESXi or Hyper‑V.Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.Experience with scripting languages like Python and Powershell.Interest in using AI / LLMs to automate administrative scripting and workflows (Replit, n8n, Claude).Knowledge of EDI and manufacturing / distribution operations an asset.Other Qualifications
Ability to travel to other Multy locations as required. Valid passport & ability to travel to USA locations.Seniority level
