Compensation: $28.50 to $33.00 hourly

If you have a passion for human resources and you're looking for an exciting, new opportunity, Robert Half has an excellent opportunity as a Human Resources Specialist. This role will involve performing various HR duties, including creating and implementing HR Policies in the workplace.

How you will make an impact

- Support updates to internal policies and procedures under the general guidance of the HR leadership team

- Develop workplace policies

- Manage benefits and open enrollment programs

Job Requirements:

- Knowledge of laws at the federal, state, and local level

- Knowledge of HR functions and procedures, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, and managing employee relations

- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- May require a Bachelor's degree in HR or a professional certification in human resources, business management, or a related field

- Proficient with office computer applications and software, as well as social media platforms

- Must have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills

- Experience implementing and creating HR policies in the workplace is a requirement
