Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Reporting Expert to lead the Guest Support Operations / Contact Centre team of one of the largest athleisure retail companies.
This individual can sit remote across Canada. They will be joining an environment that has recently transitioned from Dynamics to Salesforce and will be responsible for being an expert within Salesforce Service Cloud.
Their responsibilities will include creating KPIs and metrics to optimize contact center efficiency and building custom reports within Salesforce Service Cloud for the purpose of data migration to the Snowflake data warehouse.
They will need to have experience creating data visualizations using Power BI and have previous experience in a guest support environment.
- 4+ years of Salesforce and contact center experience.
- Build metrics and custom reports in Salesforce (preferred Service Cloud) and working with SLA's and KPI's
- Experience working with Salesforce data model in contact center environment.
- Building metrics with data in salesforce to move to the warehouse (snowflake)
- Retail Experience
- Power BI and Snowflake experience
