- Provide exceptional dining experiences for Earls guests . Using your unmatched multi‑tasking skills, anticipate and deliver on guests’ needs.
- Create authentic connections in every interaction . Elevate the guest experience through engaging and meaningful conversations.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player . Tackle challenges using your communication skills and make decisions that benefit the team.
- Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience . Show love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
- Adapt to any situation with ease . Use exceptional organizational skills and commitment to the guest experience to handle changes quickly.
Qualifications
1 year of restaurant experience.A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.The ability to legally work in Canada.Benefits
