Team Size : Direct team is about 7 all together, broader team is 12

MUST HAVE : 1.) PM experience

2.) MS Project experience

3.) Demonstrated experience managing in Agile (SAFe SCRUM) and / or hyrbid Agile / Waterfall ? need to be able to give examples of Project mgmt experience in the interview (missing piece from previous interviews)

4.) PMP Certification, SCRUM and Agile certifications

5.) Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
