Job Title : Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

Job Summary : We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) who are fluent in Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) to join our team.
The RPN will provide nursing care and support to residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a culturally responsive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide health education and support to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families, communicating effectively in Chinese.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Qualifications :
- Valid RPN certification and current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin) is required.
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is an asset.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
- Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay : $31.00 per hour
Expected hours : No less than 8 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
