Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem in a role such as admin, consultant, or business analyst with hands-on delivery responsibilities.
- Proficient in Salesforce administration, including the security model, Flows, data management, standard objects, and configuration best practices.
- Experienced in converting requirements into user stories or backlog items and validating outcomes with stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in complex environments involving multiple applications, stakeholders, and evolving requirements.
- Familiarity with supporting integrations at the analysis or coordination level, including data flows and system boundaries.
- Strong documentation skills, including process mapping, data models, decision logs, and related materials.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues using logs and structured investigation methods.
- Excellent communication skills, characterized by clear writing, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate trade-offs clearly.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and internal teams to transform business requirements into Salesforce solutions.Conduct impact analyses on new requests and changes, identifying downstream impacts on automation, security, data models, and integrations.Configure and enhance Salesforce by applying best practices, including Flows, page layouts, record types, and permission sets.Monitor platform health, address errors, investigate incidents, and coordinate fixes with relevant personnel.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining the data model, key objects / fields, user roles, and core processes.Enhance data integrity through validation techniques, deduplication methods, and effective governance practices.Help establish and sustain a cohesive automation strategy, including determining the use of Flows versus code and ensuring logic remains understandable and testable.Assist in release management and deployments, applying a structured approach to sandbox usage and change sets or DevOps tools.Facilitate productive delivery rituals as needed, such as refinement, sprint planning, and tracking risks / decisions to maintain workflow predictability.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying repetitive tasks, proposing enhanced workflows, and executing measurable upgrades.Technologies :
