Job Description
- Provide onsite and remote administration and support for client networks
- Work with vendors to resolve client technical issues
- Analyze diagnose and resolve problems with Windows servers, desktops, routers, switches, firewalls and other network equipment
- Implement a variety of IT projects for clients, including deploying or migrating desktops, servers, etc
- Train and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- On call rotation
- Maintain up to date time-sheets / expense reports
Qualifications
5 + years’ experience working in a Managed IT Services environment5 + years of hands on experience deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server operating systems5 +years of hands on experience troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Exchange5 + years of hands on experience deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems1 – 2 years’ experience with VoIP (certification desired)Diploma in computer NetworkingMCSA : Windows Server 2012 or MCSA : Windows Server 2008Experience with Office 365 migrationsStrong Knowledge of IP NetworkingMust possess a reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s LicenseAdditional Information
