Job Description

Provide onsite and remote administration and support for client networks
Work with vendors to resolve client technical issues
Analyze diagnose and resolve problems with Windows servers, desktops, routers, switches, firewalls and other network equipment
Implement a variety of IT projects for clients, including deploying or migrating desktops, servers, etc
Train and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
Develop and maintain technical documentation
On call rotation
Maintain up to date time-sheets / expense reports

Qualifications

5 + years’ experience working in a Managed IT Services environment

5 + years of hands on experience deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server operating systems

5 +years of hands on experience troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Exchange

5 + years of hands on experience deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems

1 – 2 years’ experience with VoIP (certification desired)

Diploma in computer Networking

MCSA : Windows Server 2012 or MCSA : Windows Server 2008

Experience with Office 365 migrations

Strong Knowledge of IP Networking

Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s License
