Description :

Main Accountabilities :

Deliver business targets through an effective commercial strategy and planning

Develop and implement the strategy on all counters and reinforce relationships with retailers

Commercial Strategy & Operations

Define the overall commercial strategy and sales objectives for the brand, taking into account each distribution channel and retailer / partner.

Ensure brand equity growth, increased market share, and adherence to allocated budget

  • Collaborate with the BGM to build strong relationships with retailers, fostering productive collaborations
  • Work with the BGM to identify new opportunities in both new and existing retail locations, including the identification of potential facial cabins
  • Oversee the opening and closing of retail locations to ensure strategic objectives are met
  • Manage key accounts, presenting brand’s strategy to retailers, negotiating and implementing brand priorities while ensuring profitability
  • Ensure that brand’s luxury skincare positioning is well understood and top of mind for potential opportunities
