We are searching for an experienced Technology Adoption Analyst to serve as an ambassador and evangelist for IT solutions and services.
A Technology Adoption Analyst has proven experience in a technical field, ability to evaluate and analyze complex information, and has expertise in writing user-friendly content that meets the needs of varying audiences by turning insights into instruction that sets our clients up for success.
The Technology Adoption Analyst is a specialist in driving awareness and accelerated adoption of new services and existing service offerings.
This is delivered through training, service delivery, knowledge management, visual communications and technology adoption initiatives.
This position is responsible for all aspects of the technology adoption process, and works closely with stakeholders and clients across Saskatchewan Polytechnic to identify, develop and support innovative solutions for business needs.
The Technology Adoption Analyst is required to maintain an expert level of professional knowledge of new technology. Expert practice in knowledge management to provide continuous improvement of process for service support requirements and customer satisfaction is required by this position.
The Technology Adoption Analyst works independently on large scale projects and initiatives within a highly complex, enterprise environment requiring understanding of Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s enterprise applications and business processes.

- Two-year Diploma in Information Technology, Business, or Communications (foreign education must have Canadian equivalency certification).
- Five years of experience within an enterprise information technology environment in the field of technology adoption, instructional design, technology training or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver impactful training materials and services to optimize the use of technology and generate business value.
- Exceptional editing skills ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in published materials.
- Effective analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong customer focus.
