Principal Consultant - MS Dynamics ERP Implementation

Our GTA based client is looking for a Principal Consultant to drive the migration from a legacy Oracle ERP system to a cutting-edge MS Dynamics solution.

As the primary technology contact for IT and Business stakeholders, including up to the CIO and CFO, you will play a critical role in this journey.

In this role, you'll analyze business requirements, lead cross-functional teams, and design and deploy ERP applications, ensuring high-quality solutions within budget and timelines.

You'll conduct workshops, train end-users, and stay updated with the latest ERP technologies, all while being the primary technology contact for stakeholders, including the CIO and CFO.

If you have 5 to 10 years of ERP development and consulting experience, strong leadership skills, and expertise in MS DYNAMICS ERP modules, integration, and customization, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze the business' requirements and processes, and propose the best-fit ERP solutions
• Lead cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to deliver high

quality ERP solutions on time and within budget

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into ERP system configurations
• Design, configure,customize,and integrate ERP applications using best practices and standards
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of the ERP solutions
• Deploy and migrate ERP solutions to different environments and platforms
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the ERP applications and resolve issues and bugs
• Train and coach the end-users and stakeholders on how to use and maintain the ERP applications
• Document the ERP solutions and provide user manuals and technical specifications
• Stay updated with the latest ERP features and technologies and recommend improvements and enhancements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5 to 10 years of ERP development and consulting experience.

MS Dynamics 365 (Experience in ERP modules such as Finance and Operations,Customer Service, Sales,Marketing, and Field Service and Microsoft Project Operations)

Leadership in similar migrations or relevant career experience.

Strong financial and accounting knowledge.

Skills in ERP, Power Platform, Azure, and SQL Server.

Proficiency in ERP integration and customization.

Certification in ERP or Power Platform is advantageous.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
