Content Marketing Manager
Location Address : Yonge Street 5th Floor - Hybrid model (6 days a Month in office)

The Manager, Content Marketing, contributes to the overall success of the Bank's Global Asset Management ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.
Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Project : Creating content for dynamic funds website and supporting the business by working closely with product managers, the sales team, and other stakeholders within the business.
Responsibilities :
- Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Leads the research and development of engaging content and commentaries around financial and advice-themed concepts
- Acts as the content expert for SGAM and broader teams on topics of financial planning, literacy, and practice management in support of customer-focused campaigns and other initiatives.
- Responsible for working together with internal stakeholders to translate industry trends into timely content that can be leveraged across SGAM and amplified through social media.
- Manages and provide insights to vendors / external resources in the development of content, ensuring all approvals are obtained by stakeholders and compliance of content use.
- Works closely with strategic industry partners to manage content syndication program
- Actively finds opportunities to leverage and amplify communications across brands and the bank.
- Provides direction and guidance throughout the development of marketing campaigns and national initiatives.

- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his / her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML / ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML / ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
Must Have Skills :
- 8+ years of financial communications experience with a demonstrated portfolio of work in the financial services industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing strategy, planning and communications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a similar role within the financial sector, preferably with an investment firm
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills is a must
Nice-To-Have Skills :
Completion of financial industry courses an asset (e.g., Canadian Securities Course, CFP, CFA)
Education :
Post-secondary degree or diploma and demonstrated experience preferably with specialization in Marketing, Business or Communications
Best VS. Average Candidate :
