ERP Specialist

Position : ERP Specialist (EPICOR)
Location : Mississauga, ON
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000 Yearly (depending on experience)
Industry : Manufacturing / Distribution / ERP / Merchandising
Employment Term : Full Time / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Epicor ERP solutions.
- Configure and customize Epicor ERP Software to meet specific organizational needs.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to ERP system functionality.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Optimize ERP solutions for improved performance, efficiency, and user experience.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP technology.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Degree or Post Secondary Education in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Epicor ERP is a MUST.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP Software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Continuous learning mindset to keep abreast of ERP trends and advancements.
