Role Summary :
- Collaborate closely with data engineers to develop and manage ETL processes, ensuring the data is accurately transformed and loaded into our systems.
- Work as a liaison between data engineers and data analysts to ensure the data architecture supports insight generation and dashboard creation.
- Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting, informed by the requirements defined by data analysts.
- Optimize data pipelines with the help or oversight of data engineers to enhance data flow and accessibility.
- Translate business requirements from data analysts into technical specifications for data transformation and modeling.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data throughout the analytics platform.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on data analytics or data science.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced with programming languages such as Python.
- Demonstrated experience in data modeling, ETL development, and collaborating with data engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
- Strong familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a must.
Nice to Have :
Experience with BigQuery and GoodData.
