Pricing Duties :

  • Analyze Market and Competitor Data : Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate pricing trends, competitor strategies, and customer demand to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage Final Disposal Vendor Relationships : Establish working relationships with end disposal facilities. Negotiate favourable pricing and contracts with disposal vendors and identifying cost-reduction opportunities through efficient waste management practices.
  • Develop Pricing Strategies and Models : Establish and implement pricing guidelines and models that align with business objectives, maximize profitability, and remain competitive.
  • Evaluate Cost and Profitability : Analyze costs of waste handling / disposal, customer data, and sales data to determine optimal pricing structures and assess profitability.
  • Implement and Adjust Pricing : Recommend and implement price changes and coordinate with sales and billing departments to ensure changes are accurately applied in ERP systems (e.g., Navusoft).
  • Collaborate and Communicate : Work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and provide reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Essential Qualifications :

  • Education : Post-secondary Diploma / Degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, environmental engineering, chemistry, or related field is required.
  • Experience : 2 – 5 years’ experience in waste management, environmental compliance, or pricing analysis roles is preferred.
  • Essential Skills :
