Program Manager - Electric Motor Calibration Team

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead the Electric Motor Calibration Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calibration timelines and deliverables, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring smooth communication to remove any gridlocks.

This role requires a strong background in engine, transmission, and electric powertrain (EPT) calibration, as well as proficiency in ETAS INCA, CAN communications, and software release processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Calibration Timelines and Deliverables : Oversee and ensure timely completion of calibration projects, meeting all deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Cross‑Functional Teams : Collaborate with various departments to manage content and requirements, ensuring alignment and integration across teams.
• Remove Gridlocks : Identify and resolve any obstacles or bottlenecks in the calibration process through effective cross‑functional interaction.
• Communication : Serve as a key communicator, facilitating clear and effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Data Analysis : Read and interpret engine, transmission, and EPT controller data to support calibration activities.
• Software Release Process : Manage the software release process, ensuring all calibration updates are properly integrated and tested.
• Project Planning : Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Quality Assurance : Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure high standards in calibration deliverables.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks in the calibration process and develop mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance calibration processes and team performance.
