The ideal candidate for this position will behandson and have extensive new and used vehicle automotive salesmanagement experience along with a proven track record ofsuccess!
Weare looking for a coach and leader capable of inspiring sales staffto new heights of personal performance and in the process creatingan environment that foster exceptional internal and externalcustomersatisfaction.
Responsibilities
You will lead / execute our new vehicle sales strategy drive resultsin F& I customer retention & team membergrowth.
- Advise lead and mentor team members to attain sales and financialgoals
- Produce an environment that is conducive to managing daily workfloweffectively andefficiently
- Supported by an aggressive group marketing team you will utilizeand implement advertising marketing and pricing programs andstrategies to generate increased volume andprofit
Organize plan and execute special sales events andcampaigns
- Liaise with other management to ensure effective communication andultimate customer satisfaction in the Sales / Serviceprocess
- In the balancing and acquisition of vehicle inventory you willanalyze market trends and competitively price and prepare vehiclesfor sale maintaining desired inventory levels turnover and profits.
- Work to secure excellent customer service and customerloyalty
- Maintain an awareness of competitive marketactivity.
Qualifications
Must have extensive knowledge of a broad range of vehicleproduct makes and a minimum of five years of vehiclesales management experience.
