We have recently won several high-profile Standing Offers and Supply Arrangements for Investigative Services in the Provincial and Municipal industries.
QMR Consulting is now accepting applications from subcontractor Bilingual Harassment & Violence Investigators to conduct external investigations for our clients in the Federal, Provincial, and Municipal industries.
Workplace Investigator Qualification Criteria
- For Provincial and Municipal clients, a minimum of five (5) completed workplace harassment and violence investigation projects as the Sole or Co-Investigator.
- For Federal clients, a minimum of 11 completed workplace harassment and violence investigation projects as the Sole or Co-Investigator.
- Client references (name, position, email, and telephone number) for each project completed are required for our Federal clients.
- Training taken (as a Student) or provided (as an Instructor or Trainer) in EACH of the following areas : Bill C-65, Investigative Techniques, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Canada Labour Code Part II, Workplace Harassment, Workplace Violence, and the Canadian Human Rights Act OR the willingness to complete the required training.
QMR can provide you with a Training Options Guide. You are responsible for training.
- Bachelor or higher in a relevant discipline is mandatory. Licenses and Designations are preferred though not required.
- The ability to substantiate all education, training, certifications, licenses, and designations via the submission of copies. This is mandatory.
- The ability to travel across Canada to meet client demand is nice to have but not mandatory.
- The ability to secure Federal Government Security Clearance. Note : Only permanent residents of Canada will be considered.
- Fluently Bilingual to the degree that you can provide the Final Report and Recommendations in French.
Language
To meet exceptionally high client demand, only Bilingual candidates will be considered.
Application Process
QMR Consulting & Investigative Services has designed a streamlined application process that walks the candidate through the application process.
To be granted a spot on QMR's Roster, we apply the same 'burden of proof' that is applied throughout the conduct of an Investigation.
Therefore, substantiation must be provided across all areas of qualification criteria. QMR will support you heavily throughout the application process.
Security
QMR Consulting & Investigative Services will sponsor and manage the Security process for new consultants. Due to the nature of our work, only permanent residents of Canada will be considered.
Contract Particulars and Pay Rate
Contracts vary in length and size depending on the client industry, and the size and scope of the file. Contracts typically span three (3) or more months in duration.
Contracts are not linear, days scoped are not sequential. The Pay Rate is determined by the standing offer for supply arrangement and vary depending on the client.
Pay Rates are negotiated in advance.
