Your new role

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst (BA) with a strong IT background, experience in ERP implementations, and a passion for continuous improvement. This role involves working within a project team to meticulously track details and efficiently guide business users through technical tasks.

Major Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze and lead business process migrations or improvements in ERP software.
  • Support the setup, configuration, and administration of ERP systems.
  • Engage in process mapping, test case writing, and report development.
  • Translate user requirements into functional requirements for the development team.
  • Prioritize tasks and establish project scope.
  • Prepareprehensive documentation, including project charters, system requirements, business cases, system reviews, training materials, and system configuration documentation.
  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Must have PR or Canadian citizenship.
  • Proven leadership and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Excellentmunication skills, with the ability to act tactfully and diplomatically.
  • A collaborative and flexible work style.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business language.
  • Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Capability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
  • Skills in managing multiplepeting priorities.

    • Education

  • A college diploma or university degree inputer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications, especially in ERP systems, are considered an asset.

    • Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Solid experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with ERP applications such as JDE or Epicor.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Experience in creating and managing project plans for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring user requirements are met and projects arepleted on time.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server database systems and reporting tools such as SSRS / Power BI.
  • Experience in scripting and object-oriented programming is beneficial.
