Your new role
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst (BA) with a strong IT background, experience in ERP implementations, and a passion for continuous improvement. This role involves working within a project team to meticulously track details and efficiently guide business users through technical tasks.
Major Responsibilities & Duties
- Analyze and lead business process migrations or improvements in ERP software.
- Support the setup, configuration, and administration of ERP systems.
- Engage in process mapping, test case writing, and report development.
- Translate user requirements into functional requirements for the development team.
- Prioritize tasks and establish project scope.
- Prepareprehensive documentation, including project charters, system requirements, business cases, system reviews, training materials, and system configuration documentation.
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs.

A college diploma or university degree inputer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Additional certifications, especially in ERP systems, are considered an asset.Experience
At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.Solid experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, and documentation.Familiarity with ERP applications such as JDE or Epicor.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.Experience in creating and managing project plans for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring user requirements are met and projects arepleted on time.Knowledge of SQL Server database systems and reporting tools such as SSRS / Power BI.Experience in scripting and object-oriented programming is beneficial.What you'll get in return
