Suppression Techs will inspect, install, troubleshoot, service, and repair a variety of fire suppression systems, lighting systems from a variety of brands such as Pyrochem, Amerex, Ansul, Redilite, etc.
in both above and underground mining sites around the Saskatoon area.
SHIFT : 4x10 Days, 7 : 00am 3 : 30pm (Monday Thursday). OT after 40 hours. On-call 1 week every 5-6 weeks.

SUPPRESSION TECHNICIAN JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- At least four years fire suppression experience
- Ancul training / certification or willing to obtain (company paid)
- Aboveground or underground mining fire suppression experience preferred
- Knowledgeable of provincial building & fire codes for inspection purposes
- Valid Class 5 drivers license and clean driving record
Successfully hired Fire Suppression Technicians must pass a pre-employment background check (Criminal and Driving).
