Certified CGSB Level 2 & level 3 inspector (VT, UT, MT) - Contract

Job Description

SGS is looking to hire a Certified CGSB Level 2 Inspector (VT, UT, MT) as an independent contractor for a QA / QC assignment that will start in January 2026 and last one year. The exact location is Princeton, Ontario.

Scope of work includes :

• Review of workmanship on steel fabrication for conformance with project specifications and Review of fitting Dimensional Checks
• Visual Examination - 100% of all welds.
• Ultrasonic Test Method - 100% of all complete penetration welds.
• Magnetic Particle Test Method – 100% of all filet welds.
• Inspection of Bolts of Slip-Critical and not slip critical or pre-tensioned connections

Qualifications
