• What You'll Be Doing
• Perform welding and fabrication on plant equipment and structures.
• Inspect and maintain welding tools and machinery to ensure safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support plant reliability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• What Are We Looking For
• Demonstrated proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and apply welding specifications accurately.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
