Our client is seeking a Bilingual (French / English) Recruitment Specialist to develop a Retail Recruitment Strategy for service station locations .
Client has offices in Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto. If located in one of these cities, there will be a 3 days in office / 2 work from home working model.
If not located in one of these cities, there is the opportunity for % remote.
Must Have :
- 4+ years experience in designing and rolling out recruitment strategies including the revamping of new interview questions
- Fully bilingual (French / English )
- Experience managing a recruitment web portals (e.g. Lever, Workday, or SuccessFactors) and sourcing for candidates :
- Pre-screening, interviewing, background checks, onboarding and offboarding
- Experience with Talent Attraction
