In this assignment you will enhance end-to-end project visibility and performance tracking, ensuring the timely and budget-conscious execution of projects. As a strong technical project leader and coach, you will guide a team of 6 project managers on a day-to-day basis whilst constantly striving to drive technological and process evolution enterprise wide. You will ensure that projects are meticulously planned from both financial and timing perspectives, delivering on time and within budget to meet the client’s demanding business requirements.Key Accountabilities : Work with the ELT monthly on assessing the project pipeline and prioritizing resources accordingly.Ensure consistent execution, regardless of project size, complexity, or budget, while fostering collaboration among various teams and stakeholders.Lead the strategic planning and project governance for the organization and define the project management methodologies that are used to manage those projects.Standardize best practices and oversee related business administration, risk management, and change management.Direct and coordinate the program delivery for all enterprise programs (IT, Operational process improvements, acquisitions, new program launches)Establish and administer an IT project portfolio roadmap that aligns with business goals and objectives.Implement and govern program and project management best practices and policies for structured oversight, decision making, and progress reporting.Direct program and project management staff and collaborates with other department leaders to coordinate project deliverables within scope, quality, on time, and on budget.Coaches and provides guidance to program and project managers.Interface with other department leaders to define and prioritize project objectives, communicate projectdependencies and risks and provide program and project-level reporting on a regular basis.Manage the launch calendar, control deadlines, and address general project organizational needs.Build and refine processes and frameworks to drive continuous improvement of all program delivery processes.Identify and assess risks to program delivery and develop mitigation strategies to successful project implementation.Conduct post implementation reviews of the outcomes and benefits of a completed project and overall business benefits.Support gap analysis by identifying gaps in current and desired state and developing solutions to processes, functions, or capabilities, to address them accordingly.Qualifications & Education : Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Commerce.5-10 years of IT Solution delivery and design (BA, BSA, PM work).Strong business and technology acumen.7+ years of large-scale program delivery.5-10 years of leadership experience.Finance Skills (accounting, budgeting, forecasting)Employee development and coaching skills.Strong ability to communicate complex technology to other leaders in a digestible and actionable way.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Proven results related to driving organizational and cultural change focused on improving the overall delivery approach and capabilities of an organization.PLEASE SEND YOUR CV (AS A WORD DOC) TO : Interim.Applications@LHHknightsbridge.com (Subject : Job Title)LHH Knightsbridge Interim Management is a service to help our clients address a wide range of scenarios including leadership support due to sudden departures, driving key change initiatives or leading transformation projects.
