Tasks
- Providing knowledgeable advice to individual clients on damage insurance products, assessing their specific needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Assessing risks to determine the best insurance options, taking into account client specifics and required coverage.
- Managing the underwriting and negotiation process with insurance companies, ensuring optimal conditions for clients.
- Acting as the point of contact for client claims, questions, and enquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Contributing to business development by identifying new opportunities, expanding the client portfolio, and participating in marketing initiatives.
- Preparing necessary documentation, including contracts, insurance certificates, and reports, while maintaining accurate records.
- Monitoring insurance policies, renewals, and adjustments, ensuring compliance and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- Experience in portfolio management and development.
- At least 18 months of experience as a broker.
- AMF licence in personal damage insurance.
