Key Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of each subcontractor and installation crew, as well as their compliance with the Company’s policies, standard industry practices and the expectations under the Dealer Agreement
- Assist in the recruitment and development of subcontractors
- Ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are adhered to by subcontractors
- Schedule and perform regular job site inspections ensuring all quality and safety standards are being met
- Work with insurance adjusters in inspecting and surveying job loss sites
- Assist with the updating of note in Xactware and other systems and portals
- Assist with emergency job site repairs when required
- Assist with work site repairs and services when required
- Travel to other Peak locations when required
- Work in conjunction with the local team in resolving customer complaints in an effective and timely manner
- Support and maintain the occupational health and safety program, ensuring compliance by installation supervisors, installers and others
- Assist in acquiring and maintaining competitive costing in the market, through contractor negotiations and market research
- Work collaboratively with sales representatives and Project Managers
- Assist in the monitoring of install capacity for the assigned Region
- Assure all levels of quality and standards are being met in the field at all times
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor(s)
Experience, Traits and Qualifications
A naturally customer-centric and sales-oriented team player who is extremely helpful and always demonstrates a “yes, can do” attitude.Previous experience with exterior renovations coupled with a proven track record overseeing a large volume of contractors is requiredAbility to communicate with customers, contractors and vendors effectively and professionallyDetail-oriented and well organized with hands on experience working in a deadline oriented, fast-paced environmentDemonstrate promptness, professionalism and courtesy at all times by keeping promises and taking good care of our customersPossess a valid driver's license, willing to travel and work outside of primary market when requiredWilling and available to work during evenings and weekends in case of emergencies and catastrophesCompensation will start from $75,000 depending on experience.
