Lead Consultant - Oracle EBS HRMS

Infosys is Seeking a Techno Functional Consultant / SME with Oracle R12 EBS Time and Labor implementation and Support experience. As an experienced and Oracle EBS R12 Time and Labor Functional consultant (Lead Consultant), You will be intensely involved in business process consulting and support; you will define / understand the problem, propose, and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Required Qualifications :

• Strong Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience Services organizations.
• Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle EBS R12.2.x suite of applications.
• Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation and support experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite (Oracle Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR) modules.
• Strong experience and Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite of modules listed above.
• Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor and Integrations
• Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Global Payroll and Integrations
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Preferred Qualifications :

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be :

$92701 to $107185
