BluePatch Recruiting is excited to be working exclusively with a Vancouver based Family Office to help them find an awesome Controller as they enter an exciting new chapter, moving from an operational to an investment structure. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-caliber, close-knit team supporting a sophisticated and complex Family Office. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will oversee accounting, financial reporting, controls, and tax coordination across multiple entities, trusts, and investments. You’ll be a trusted financial partner, working closely with leadership, advisors, and stakeholders in a confidential, relationship‑driven environment.

Base pay range

$120,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

What You’ll Do

• Prepare consolidated financial statements across multiple entities
• Manage month‑end close, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and controls
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate corporate, trust, and personal tax compliance and planning
• Support estate, trust, and family office financial reporting
• Partner with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and tax advisors
• Contribute to system & process improvements and special projects
