Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Financial Services industry. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your role will involve maintaining customer accounts, resolving customer inquiries, and processing customer applications with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities : - Accurately processing customer credit applications- Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and correct- Timely communication with customers regarding their accounts- Proactive follow-up on customer payments to ensure timeliness- Assisting with the renewal of insurance programs, which may involve issuing a large volume of invoices- Conducting account reconciliation tasks and journal entries at the end of each month- Utilizing various software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks- Participating in the company's heating housing program, which involves buying and selling gas- Managing commercial collections and cash applications effectively.- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary for this role- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is highly valued- Applicants should have a background in Billing processes- Familiarity with Cash Applications is crucial- Experience in Cash Collections is required- Candidates should be adept in Commercial Collections- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential- Knowledge of Oracle software will be advantageous- QuickBooks expertise is a desired skill- Practical experience with SAP is a mustRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
