FULL TIME POSITION – Finica Food Specialties Ltd., Mississauga Ontario CANADA

Finica Food Specialties Limited is an importer and distributor of specialty and gourmet items from around the world. We have been in operation since 1968.

Today, Finica Foods Specialties Limited operates as a sister company of Atalanta. We continue to capitalize on our experience in importing cheese and fine food with a clear mandate to represent our suppliers through aggressive category management.

Our customer base includes retail supermarket chains, independent boutiques, and foodservice chain and independents. Our Distribution network is made up of specialty cheese and food distributors across Canada.

Some of the brands we represent in the cheese market today are Celebrity International Goat Cheeses, Beemster, Zerto, Snowdonia, Collier’

s, Thornloe and Sartori.

SUMMARY : FINICA FOOD SPECIALTIES LTD is looking for an articulate result driven Sales Representative who has and wants to share their passion for fine foods.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Reports to the VP of Sales & Customer Service
• Sales to Independent Retail with a key focus on EATALY & Food Service Trade (direct and via Distributors) to new and existing customers.
• Build relationships with customers, Distributor Sales Team to promote products or services, negotiate sales prices, contact &

visit customers throughout the sales process and answer any questions customers have about the product.

• Manage the current roster and new opportunities with the Finica global portfolio of products.
• Growing the HMR category at all applicable accounts – expanding commissary opportunities where applicable.
• Create and Manage the Sales Budget, Forecasting, Gross Profit, P / L, EBIT, Pricing & Retail Distributor Retails.
• Conduct monthly updates with customer channels (Retail & Food Service) and quarterly updates with senior customer personnel so that Monthly Sales Targets are being met
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales review with Finica leadership team.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience and knowledge of the Ontario market is mandatory.
