Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Inventory Reconciliation Analyst to join our client's dynamic team in Calgary, AB. You will play a critical role in ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of hydrocarbon inventory data across our Canadian terminal network. As a key member of the Reconciliation Team, you will support our Finance organization, supply chain partners, and sales channels by validating the physical movement of refined products and ensuring that all receipts, sales, and stock variances are accurately represented in our systems.
This position offers broad exposure to logistics, commodity scheduling, terminal operations, and finance accounting-providing an excellent platform to understand the full end-to-end product movement and commercial deal cycle. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and adaptable to ongoing process and technology evolution.

Complete daily inventory reconciliation for a network of operated and third-party distribution terminals across Canada, ensuring all receipts and sales are properly recorded in SAP.Investigate and analyze abnormal stock variations, collaborating with terminal operations staff to determine root causes and correct transactions as required.Prepare month-end reconciliation packages for operated terminals, demonstrating completeness and accuracy of all inventory movements to support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.Collaborate with Supply Accounting, Trucking, Supply Operations, Terminal Operations, and Scheduling teams to support orbit shifting, urgent supply needs, and unified inventory positioning.Develop and track KPIs and operational performance metrics to improve visibility and strengthen reconciliation processes.Participate in requirements gathering and cross-functional discussions with Finance, Scheduling, and IT to support enhancements to processes, tools, and technologies.Support workflows built in PowerAutomate and PowerBI, including basic troubleshooting or a strong willingness to learn automation tools.Maintain a high level of resilience and adaptability as the organization undergoes ongoing technology changes (AI tools, system upgrades, automation enhancements, etc.).Qualifications :
