We're looking for a Men's Technical Design Specialist to join our design team in downtown Montreal, working closely with our Design Director.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand showcased in showrooms across Montreal, Toronto, and New York!What You'll Do : - Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal collections- Prepare detailed tech packs, including sketches and specs, for manufacturing- Provide clear instructions to factories and suppliers, ensuring all designs meet quality and style standards- Oversee prototyping, checking measurements, quality, and design details- Partner with the production team to ensure a smooth transition from design to production- Follow up with factories and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of samplesWhat You Bring : - Experience : 5+ years in men's apparel design (a must), with a deep understanding of garment construction, fit, and specifications- Skills : Proficiency in Excel and Illustrator, with a strong attention to detail and precision- Mindset : Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us?
