Salary : $30.13 to $39.64 per hour
Location : Slave Lake

Qualifications :
- College Certificate or equivalent (e.g. Office Administration)
- 3 to 5 years related experience
- A clean criminal record check
- Experience working in a unionized environment
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Nature and Scope of Work
The Admissions Specialist is primarily responsible for the processing and management of student data (i.e. tracking, financial info, certificates, data entry, etc.) for all CE&CT courses, programs and services wherever and however the training may be delivered.
Duties and Responsibilities
Enter, Manage, and Report data using Unit 4 & CE&CT Systems / Financials
Enter registrations, payments, invoicing and grades as neededTrack, monitor and initiate processes to ensure complete data is collected and forwarded to appropriate 3rd parties for processing (e.g. St. Johns Ambulance)Create Free Text Invoice for vendorsAdminister refunds, reassignmentsCompile, evaluate and analyze enrolment and sponsorship documentationGenerate Certificates for courses and programs as neededMonitor graduates of Extension Certificate programs monthly including generating certificates, transcripts and presenting awards as neededMonitor certificates generated through 3rd parties (e.g. Ed2Go)Generate reports required by CE&CT (e.g.– statistics, listing of sponsors, tracking of courses for enrolments, etc.)Create new reports in conjunction with ITCreate, administer and manage central filing system for both paper & electronic central filingManage student / instructor requests for information and documentationAdminister petty cashPromote Courses / Services for CE&CT
