As a Billing and Solutions Administrator, youll play an important role in supporting accurate monthly invoicing and assisting both the Information Solutions and Accounting teams with administrative, data management, and system administration tasks. Youll work closely with various departments to help maintain financial accuracy, support system integrity, and contribute to efficient business processes.

Position Responsibilities
Heres what your day-to-day looks like :
Accounting
Prepare monthly invoicing and required paperwork for customersCollaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicingRespond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and account informationMaintain and update the customer database with new and revised informationInformation Solutions
Set up new projects in CRM, Jonas and ProjectSight according to project typeSet up Internal / External work orders in JonasComplete data entry tasks to facilitate monthly financial reporting through Business Intelligence softwareAct as a System Administrator for application software, managing users, groups, and activitiesEnsure data integrity by accurately inputting information into the document management software system and cross reference with Job information, CRM, Jonas and ProjectSightGeneral Administration
Serve as a back-up for both the Accounting Clerk and the Business Process AdministratorComplete special projects as requiredJob Requirements
Our ideal candidate has the following :
Successful completion of a related College Certificate / Diploma, or equivalent related experienceExperience working in a similar role within accounting / finance and / or IT / Information SolutionsExperience with CRM, Jonas, ProjectSight, and Business Intelligence software is an assetIntermediate-level computer skills in Microsoft Office and / or Microsoft 365, especially Word, and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task to meet scheduled and unexpected deadlinesStrong organizational, decision making and time management skillsExceptional teamwork and interpersonal skillsHow to Apply :
