Job description

LGM est un chef de file national dans la prestation de services de garantie, de financement et d’assurance destinés à l’industrie automobile canadienne. Depuis 1998, LGM collabore avec des constructeurs automobiles et des concessionnaires de premier plan partout au Canada afin d’offrir des solutions F&A primées.

Dans le cadre de notre prochaine phase de croissance, la marque SecureDrive connaît une expansion rapide à l’échelle nationale, offrant une gamme complète de produits de protection pour véhicules d’occasion qui allient performance, technologie et soutien aux concessionnaires.

Profil recherché

Nous recrutons des chasseurs d’élite .

Ce poste ne s’adresse pas aux preneurs de commandes, aux vendeurs axés uniquement sur les relations existantes ni aux personnes qui ont besoin de confort pour performer. Nous recherchons des professionnels autonomes, persévérants et hautement compétitifs , capables de faire de la prospection active, des appels à froid et de se battre sur le terrain pour remporter des contrats face à des concurrents bien établis.

Ces personnes se présentent chaque jour prêtes à donner 100 % , peu importe les conditions du marché, le rejet ou la pression.

Responsabilités

Prospecter activement et effectuer des appels à froid auprès de concessionnaires indépendants et franchisés sur votre territoire

Remporter des contrats SecureDrive dans des environnements de vente hautement concurrentiels

Construire et maintenir un pipeline à haute vélocité

Exécuter des plans d’appels structurés, des suivis rigoureux et des stratégies territoriales

Conclure de nouvelles ventes et accroître la part du portefeuille chez les clients existants

Représenter SecureDrive avec confiance, professionnalisme et assurance

Il s’agit d’un poste axé sur le développement de nouvelles affaires . Le succès est mesuré par les contrats signés, la production et la croissance.

Ce que nous offrons

Rémunération : 90 000 $ à 105 000 $ + commissions

Poste principalement sur la route avec déplacements dans le sud du Québec (Rive-Sud incluant Québec et régions environnantes)

Exigence linguistique – Conformité à la Loi 96

Conformément à la Charte de la langue française (Loi 96), la maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est requise pour ce poste, puisque le titulaire doit soutenir et développer des relations d’affaires avec des groupes de concessionnaires et partenaires situés partout au Canada, dont la langue de travail est principalement l’anglais. Les responsabilités essentielles du rôle comprennent des communications commerciales, des négociations contractuelles et des activités de développement des affaires à l’échelle nationale, lesquelles ne peuvent être réalisées adéquatement sans la connaissance de l’anglais. Aucune solution raisonnable ne permet de limiter ces interactions à des ressources unilingues sans nuire aux opérations et aux objectifs d’affaires.

What We Offer

  • The compensation range for this position is  $90,000 - 105,000 + commission . + vehicle allowance
  • This role is mostly on the road and will require travel throughout  Quebec South ( South shore including Quebec City and surrounding regions) .
