Advanced Production Manager

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Production Manager that reports to the location Plant Manager and aids with managing the location's Production department while completing a defined curriculum of activities that will prepare the partner to successfully lead a Rental Production facility within a 24-month timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Works independently to collate and analyze data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats.
• Ensures that all Production systems and processes in the assigned area are in place and functioning properly daily to keep the plant on schedule.
• Ensures existing internal communications systems are effective and adequate, consistently monitoring and updating as needed.
• Conducts simple knowledge management tasks by following established procedures to support others.
• Investigates questions related to existing programs, processes, and procedures in order to understand how and why a Cintas Production facility operates.
• Controls costs and seeks to understand all financial data by reviewing financial statements with the Plant Manager daily, weekly, and monthly, ensuring that all financial aspects of the operation are conducted in a parsimony‑like manner.
• Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures, and precedents to interpret data and identify answers.
• Held accountable to department‑specific KPIs during the time spent in each department.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $78,200 - $100,050 / year.
