As the Allocation Analyst you will be responsible for :
Managing and monitoring the execution of product allocation - across channels, regions and to individual locations - to support company strategy and inventory objectives.You will participate in analyzing selling reports, reviewing stock to sales ratios, daily communications between stores, logistics and traffic.Analyze and drive size curves based on current and past sales data.Looking for a results-oriented person with a high degree of resilience and perseverance. Ability to stay laser focused on goals and objectives that deliver results.
Some of what you’ll do :
Create store groups for buys / cluster initial allocationsWork with planning and buying team on receipts / inventory for OTBWarehouse / Store Re-balancingInventory managementOverseeing daily store allocations / requestsStore openings setup and flowback of productCreate a replenishment calendar by store to keep track of shipmentsMonitor stock levels by store and by categoryCreate and distribute topline analysisManage return authorizations and transfersSome of what you’ll need :
Minimum 3 years experience in allocation / replenishment at a retailerExcellent analytical skillsExperience with ERP and store POS systems. Momentis, D365 and Teamwork knowledge an assetStrong Excel skillsCreative problem solver and acts with urgency to resolve issues impacting service or salesExcellent communications skills in EnglishAbility to multitask and handle several deadlines at onceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAn interest in fashionMoose Knuckles is a Canadian company headquartered in Montreal and operating in North America, Europe and Asia.
