Manager, Building Management, Automation
Groupe Robert is currently looking for a Project Manager, Building Management and Automation for its Boucherville terminal.
The Building Maintenance and Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing a team.
He / she will ensure best practices in project management and act as a key person in the organization and coordination of work between the various stakeholders.
Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, face-to-face.
Your responsibilities will be as follows :
- Plan all the steps required to complete the project;
- Coordinate the development of a project schedule;
- Coordinate the preparation of plans and specifications with professionals;
- Coordinate and manage all calls for tender;
- Manage professional services and contractor contracts;
- Coordinate work with professionals and contractors;
- Liaise with customer services and occupants;
- Monitor costs and respect budget.
In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have :
- Mastery of current standards, laws and regulations;
- Mastery of AutoCAD software and the Office suite;
- Good project management practices;
- Autonomous and meticulous;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, automated production engineering, electrical or mechanical engineering;
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- ASP Construction card;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
- Driver's license.
