  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Team and Stakeholder Coordination :
  • Provide support to senior consultants by organizing and coordinating client and team meetings, interviews, and workshops.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, committees, community partners, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project inquiries and facilitate effective information flow.
  • Data Management and Analysis :
  • Support data collection and analysis activities as needed, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Compile survey results and other data to generate coherent, concise reports that meet project reporting requirements.
  • Administrative Support :
  • Manage project calendars and allocate time for project members.
  • Prepare materials and slide presentations for conferences, workshops, and special projects.
  • Provide backup support for other project team members as required.
  • Adapt to changing technology and implement new developments to increase productivity.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Coordination role, preferably in a research or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other databases.
  • Strong organizational, interpretive, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when interacting with stakeholders.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage priority conflicts and adapt quickly to changing circumstances while adhering to project guidelines and goals.

Salary and Benefits :

  • $60,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Generous PTO policy, with 10 or more days depending on tenure.
  • 11 paid holidays per year.
  • 5 days of sick leave per year.
  • Health and wellness benefits plan after the first 6 months.
  • Hybrid work environment with flexibility for remote work.
