Overview

Job Title: Dynamics CRM Application Developer

Location: Vancouver, BC Hybrid, two to three days per week on site

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain BCCNM’s CRM platforms and connected systems
• Develop and troubleshoot ASP Net web applications and Webservice APIs
• Write reliable and maintainable C sharp code
• Manage SQL Server databases, queries, and performance tuning
• Build, update, and support PowerApps and Power Pages
• Work with Dataverse to manage data and integrations
• Support operational service requests and incident tickets
• Collaborate with IS team members during virtual and in person meetings
• Participate in testing cycles, upgrades, and release work
• Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and process improvement

Requirements

• Minimum five years of CRM or enterprise application development experience
• Strong experience with Dynamics CRM on premises Customer Engagement
• Dynamics CRM on premises 2019 experience strongly preferred
• Experience with other Dynamics CRM on premises versions will be considered if clearly detailed
• SharePoint on premises experience is required
• SharePoint on premises 2019 experience strongly preferred
• Candidates must clearly describe SharePoint on premises version experience and any upgrade or migration work
